Used Monoblock / Triblock Filler-Cappers and Rinser-Filler-Cappers
BPDM can supply a variety of Used Monoblock / Triblock Filler-Cappers and Rinser-Filler-Cappers, either as-is, reconditioned or rebuilt. Machines are also commonly supplied ready for production.
Why Companies Do It
Plastic Rotary Capping Turrets can be integrated with a rotary filler to form a monoblock filler/capper or a rotary rinser and rotary filler to form a triblock rinser/filler/capper. This is normally used to allow high speed operation and production to not be interrupted when products interchange from conveyor to conveyor, in this case the machine operates while the containers are controlled all of the time.

Used Monoblock Filler / Capper:
Integrating Rotary Plastic Capping Turrets into the Monoblock Filler/Plastic Cappers allow for significant increases in productivity and efficiency. These systems fill and cap within the same machine system. This allows containers to be filled and capped, maintain pitch and complete container control throughout the system. Although not as completely integrated as the Triblock Rinser/Filler/Capper, increased speeds and elimination of some down time are provided as the container is under total control by bottle handling change parts throughout both operations. The integrated Monoblock saves space when being compared to its non-integrated counterpart.
Used Triblock: Rotary Plastic Capping Turrets integrated with both a rinsing and filling systems is known as a triblock Rinser/Filler/Capper. This is one completely integrated machine that can rinse, fill, and cap a variety of containers and plastic caps. These units complete the three operations, all while containers are maintained on pitch and controlled the entire way through the Triblock system.
Use of the Triblock system in a packaging line allows for increases in production while enjoying less down time due to the tight integration of the three different operations into one close knit machine. A significant amount of space is saved when these machines are put into the line compared to their non-integrated counter parts.
