Main Assembly and Testing Area

Rebuilt Machinery

Unit is torn down to base components, stripped, sandblasted, primed, all carbon steel or cast parts painted with Steel-It stainless steel coating (unless directed otherwise by customer). All gearboxes are rebuilt or replaced, all bearings, bushings, chain, sprockets, belts, pneumatics are replaced. Customer may specify any additional requirements prior to quoting, such as standardized electrics, line control devices, etc. Unit is supplied in like new mechanical condition and excellent cosmetic condition. These systems include a warranty.

With two full machine shops, a spacious assembly and test run area, and full Autocad design capabilities in house for CAM manufacturing, we are more than capable of tackling the most complex rebuild.

More Rebuilt Machinery

Horix model HBV 9-18. Unit was completely rebuilt with 6 sets of change parts and two set of remanufactured valves. Runs between 60 and 120 containers per minute.

Resina model U40. Stainless Steel. Unit was reconditioned with one set of change parts. Runs 38mm closures and two container sizes at 200 containers per minute.

Horix model HAV 12-24. Unit was completely rebuilt with 2sets of change parts and one set of remanufactured valves. Runs at 200 containers per minute.

Resina model LC-89. Unit was completely rebuilt and set for 89mm closures. Unit shown skidded prior to release from our assembly area. A small turntable was added at the discharge of the conveyor to eliminate large radius corner necessary for line layout, thus reducing the area required for the customers' line.
