Machinery

Berks Plant Design & Maintenance offers machinery in four conditions:

Used Machinery
Customer purchases machine in its current condition.

Reconditioned Machinery
Unit is inspected and repaired as necessary so that it is supplied in good running condition.

Rebuilt Machinery
Unit is torn down to base components, stripped, sandblasted, primed, all carbon steel or cast parts painted with Steel-It stainless steel coating (unless directed otherwise by customer). All gearboxes are rebuilt or replaced, all bearings, bushings, chain, sprockets, belts, pneumatics are replaced. Customer may specify any additional requirements prior to quoting, such as standardized electrics, line control devices, etc. Unit is supplied in like new mechanical condition and excellent cosmetic condition. These systems include a warranty.

With two full machine shops, a spacious assembly and test run area, and full Autocad design capabilities in house for CAM manufacturing, we are more than capable of tackling the most complex rebuild.

We Buy Surplus Equipment!

Berks Plant Design & Maintenance wants to buy your surplus equipment. We commonly purchase surplus machinery from single pieces to entire production lines. We can also arrange to remove everything from your facility including your "scrap", and leave the floors swept for quick and painless cleanup prior to sale of your real estate.
