HOW IT WORKS

Containers travel single file into Used Inline Cold Glue Labelers. As the bottles or cans enter the labeling area, they are timed with the labeling mechanism using a feed screw and/or infeed star. Labels are extracted from a magazine by a label drum and each label drum is designed for a specific label size. The label drum picks the label using vacuum or control fingers. As the label drum rotates, the exposed backside of the label travels past a glue station at which time cold glue is applied to the back label surface. The label drum feeds each label to the application area where labels adhere to the container. After the label is placed on the bottle or can, a compression belt applies pressure onto the label as the bottle or can rotates through the belt. After the label is placed and wrapped, containers discharge from the machine single file.

COMMECIAL APPLICATION

Used Inline Cold Glue Labelers are a low to mid speed option to apply cold glue labels to containers. Although they are limited in speed, these machines are much simpler than rotary cold glue labelers, and require far less container specific handling parts. Inline Cold Glue Labelers are versatile machines with much cheaper cost associated with each application. Products that can be labeled by the Inline Cold Glue Labeler include (but not limited to) glass product (bottles or jars) and plastic products (condiments or bottles).
