High Level Depalletizers provide a high speed means of feeding containers directly from a bulk pallet to an automated packaging line, discharging at "high level" (generally 110" plus)

A High Level Depalletizer lifts a full pallet to the desired height to permit the container positioner to sweep the product into an accumulation table. The machine removes separators, top frames, tier sheets etc automatically. Once a layer from the pallet has been transferred to the accumulation table, the machine raises the pallet to the next layer. When the pallet is empty, it is discharged & stacked and the next pallet is introduced from the magazine.

The term "High Level" refers not to volume but rather to height and mode of operation. High Level units are distinguished from Low Level units in that a Low Level Depalletizer remains at floor level throughout the unloading process. Pallets are introduced from the magazine automatically, or by an operator who manually positions each pallet (semi-automatic operation).
