Used Machinery
In general, Berks Plant Design & Maintenance supplies used machinery in its current condition. Used machinery is typically in good running condition and often in like-new condition. Distinguished from rebuilt or reconditioned machinery in that the equipment is offered in its present state and has generally been configured for a particular usage (and remains so configured in our inventory), used machinery can nevertheless be adapted upon request to suit a variety of customized manufacturing applications.

995 Ave 24/24/6 Rinser/Filler/Capper Triblock. Unit was set for 500 mL, 710 mL, 1 L, 1.5 L PET water - 28mm flat and sport closures. Unit was in like-new condition, and has been sold.
Fogg 36/12 Filler/Capper Monoblock. Unit was set for .5 L water, 28mm closure.
Pearson model 1903 Partition Inserter. This unit was manufactured in 1996, and was removed in good running condition.
Fully enclosed 316 SS V-blender. 5 cubic ft.
Letsch Corp (now Precision Stainless) 316L electropolished batching vessels. Various sizes: 75 gallon, 100 gallon, 125 gallon. All but two remain in stock.
Serac 36 valve filler monoblocked with Zalkin 12 head pick and place capper. Unit was already set up for customer's container and closure.
