Bottle cleaners & rinsers provide an efficient means to remove debris, dirt and/or dust from Glass or Plastic containers automatically at high speed. Precise adherence to standards of cleanliness, sterility, safety handling, versatility and cost are all important considerations when specifying a bottle cleaning or rinsing system.

The container specifications and characteristics are especially critical during the design and setup phases. This includes material of construction (i.e.: Glass, HDPE Plastic, PET Plastic), dimensional drawings, etc. Many times this is easiest accomplished if a customer elects to send a sample of each container in question to our attention.

The basic preliminary information required to select a system lists as follows:

• Speed Requirements — average and maximum desired rate at which bottles or containers must be cleansed.
• Production Requirements — what is the product to be filled or packaged? What specifications must the equipment meet (i.e. GMP, FDA, etc)? What type of system will the unit be feeding?
